Under the Prevention and Suppression of the Directive for the Operation of a System or a Mechanism for the exchange, Collection and Provision of Data of 2024 (243/2024), all Credit Servicers are obliged to provide Artemis Credit Bureau with accurate information regarding the demographics and financial data of borrowers (Physical and Legal Entities) of the portfolios they manage.
